McLean County Regional Planning Commission (MCRPC) plans to partner with Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) for Census 2020 outreach efforts in North Central Illinois and encourages local media and marketing consultants to explore this opportunity.
The TCRPC is accepting proposals from firms to develop and implement a media and marketing campaign to raise public awareness and support regional and statewide efforts to obtain an accurate count for the 2020 decennial census. TCRPC is seeking a firm whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely, cost-effective, and professional services for this project.
