Join us for a bird walk at The Grove Park on Saturday, October 15 at 8:30 a.m.! Dr. Pirmin Nietlisbach will lead this walk in search of sparrows. Most warblers have left the county, but sparrows are moving through now. The Grove Park is a nice wet prairie site southeast of Bloomington. We will meet in the parking lot in front of Benjamin Elementary School (6006 Ireland Grove Road, Bloomington). We will walk on grassy paths and cross a small creek, so it is recommended to wear rubber boots or waterproof hiking boots.
