The McLean County Regional Planning Commission seeks to develop a Vision Zero Action Plan for the
metropolitan planning area and the County, founded on the optimum combination of principles
and goals derived from the various initiatives to achieve zero highway deaths. Implementation of
this plan will support the reduction and elimination of crashes resulting in fatality or serious
injury, in Bloomington-Normal and McLean County.
