Carla Bailo, President and CEO of Ann Arbor, MI based Center for Automotive Research (CAR) will be the featured speaker at the McLean County Regional Planning Commission’s (MCRPC) Fourteenth Annual Community Information Forum. Bailo will speak on oncoming deployment of autonomous vehicles.
