Alyssa Cooper

Community Planner

Alyssa Cooper is a Planner at McLean County Regional Planning Commission.

 

Cooper earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, German and Economics at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She then spent three years working in libraries and serving a term in AmeriCorps in Phoenix, AZ. Cooper returned to Illinois to attend graduate school in Economics and Community Development at Illinois State University’s Stevenson Center for Community and Economic Development, where she completed another AmeriCorps term at the City of Bloomington. Upon completing her Master’s degree, Cooper began work as a Planner with a focus on data analytics at the MCRPC.
